At Pamela Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
